Creepy Carrots!

 In October I like to read Creepy Carrots, Creepy Pair of Underwear, and Creepy Crayon to my students.  These books are so much fun!!

After reading the book, I demonstrate how to draw a creepy carrot before sending them off to make their own creepy creations!

This year, I allowed them to "hide" their carrots throughout the library.  They have so much fun hiding them and the rest of the students have a lot of fun looking for and finding carrots as they are looking for books to check out.  Everyone wins when creepy carrots are involved!
